Getting Guide Ready to Ride

Charge the Battery

Remove the battery from its slot, then plug it into the charger and let it charge fully before your first ride.

Turn On the Battery Switch

Flip the power switch on the battery itself to "on," then slide the battery back into the left slot.

Button label

Check the Freewheel Lever

Make sure the lever is in the locked position — if left unlocked, the electric drive won't engage and Guide will only move in manual push mode.

Turn On the Dashboard

Use the key to switch on the dashboard display. Both battery icons should show as fully charged before you head out.

Front & Rear Lights for Low-Light Rides

Built-in LED front light and rear taillight keep Guide visible during dusk rides or dim indoor spaces.

Folds Down, Fits in Any Trunk

Once folded, Guide slides easily into a car trunk or back seat no disassembly, no lifting heavy parts.

Handles Uphill, Grass & Uneven Ground

Guide rides on paved streets, grass, and uneven paths alike, with a 10° climb rating for gentle inclines.

Real Dimensions, Stated Plainly

39 lb frame, folds down to 19.88" × 12.48" × 29.17" light enough for one person to fold and load without help.

Two Removable Batteries, Two Ways to Charge

Two detachable 6.6Ah lithium batteries can be charged on or off the scooter, so you're never stuck waiting by an outlet.

15-Mile Range on a Full Charge

Covers up to 15 miles under ideal conditions, less on hills or with a heavier rider enough for a full afternoon of errands.

Flat-Free Tires, Nothing to Maintain

Solid, puncture-resistant tires mean no air pumps, no patch kits, and no surprise flats mid-ride.

Built-In Storage for the Essentials

A mesh basket under the seat keeps a phone, wallet, or water bottle within easy reach.

Anti-Tip Wheels for Added Stability

Rear anti-tip wheels help keep Guide steady when starting, stopping, or crossing uneven curbs.

Manual or Electric, Your Choice

Switch between manual push mode and electric drive depending on the terrain or how much assist you want.

Intelligent Electromagnetic Braking

Braking engages smoothly and automatically when you ease off the throttle, no separate brake lever to manage.

270 lb Capacity, 5 mph, 57" Turning Radius

Built to carry up to 270 lb, with a top speed of 5 mph and a 57" turning radius for tight indoor spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a license?

No — a low-speed pedestrian mobility aid, not the illegal stand-up e-scooter

Ships from a US warehouse, 1–2 day processing, tracking provided

39 lb frame plus 6 lb for both batteries — about 45 lbs total. Heavier than our Glide model, but you get 4-wheel stability and a one-second fold in return.

Up to 15 miles with both batteries, under ideal conditions — less on hills or with a heavier user

Yes — both batteries are airline-approved and removable, but confirm your specific airline's lithium limits before flying

57 inches — wider than our Glide model, so Guide is better suited to open paths and walkways than very tight indoor turns
